No one is born successful. When we were born, we even did not know how to spell successful, knowing its meaning was something quite far-off. As we grew up, we began chipping in efforts to turn our lives into successful lives. Some of us do achieve the success that we have thought about, but that doesnt come without a great deal of effort. One of the most important ingredients in becoming successful is to have a vision, a dream. If you dont know how to dream, you will most probably not achieve anything in life. Some people are afraid to dream, thinking they would be terribly frustrated if they dont achieve their goals. But the fact is that if you dont dream, you probably wont get it. Great people dreamed of flying, going to the moon and so on... you see now that we can fly, we can go to the moon. In this age when people are thinking how to build gadgets that can turn objects and even people invisible, it is quite unwise to restrict ones thoughts. What do you dream about? Probably you dream about having a great business or buying a home or a car of your own. In the light of all the achievements that people have made, do you think all this is as difficult as you think? This shows there is nothing impossible in this world you if you do it the right way, if you take initiatives and plan it properly. Just take the example of Bill Gates, our favorite example actually. Practically the whole world today uses his Microsoft products, not realizing that these products belong to a person who is a computer dropout. Take a look at Facebook. It started as a college project and has today made a revolution in the field of social networking. How can we not talk about Google, which started in a dingy office and today it dominates our online world. All these successes have been achieved in just a few short years! So, dont lose hope, hold on to your big dreams and try to achieve them.
All these I have suggested will be the safest way you can start a new business. You are only spending a few hundred to a thousand dollars in start-up and education. A traditional business might be too risky for someone without any business experience. You invest tens of thousands of dollars and you might struggle trying to break even. But once you have developed the skills above, you will have a higher chance of succeeding. The most important thing of all besides a good learning attitude are the people you mix around with. It has been said before; you are the sum of the five people you spend the most time with! This is very hard to swallow but imagine if you start talking to your five beer drinking, poker buddies that you want to go out on your own and make a fortune, what would they tell you? They would laugh their socks off before tearing your ego into a million pieces! At the heart of man lies jealousy. They dont want to see the people around them succeed. If you succeed, it makes them look bad. They know in their hearts that they are going no where yet they embrace that lifestyle and pull you down with them. They will steal your dream, and rob you of your financial freedom if you are not careful!

Research Paper (undergraduate) from the year 2016 in the subject Business economics - Company formation, Business Plans, grade: 1, Uppsala University, language: English, abstract: Within a world of emerging global markets and rapid technological development, there is a strong demand for entrepreneurship within established companies in order to stay competitive. According to different studies, there is a positive linkage between Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE) and companies performance, which leads to a strong demand from organizations to foster their entrepreneurial culture. The recruitment and selection function within Human Resource Management (HRM) is an essential driver to attract, develop, and retain entrepreneurial people within corporations. The literature proposes that companies should match their selection criteria to the identified dimensions of Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO). However, there is a lack of research if companies have specific HRM practices to select and retain entrepreneurial people. By investigating the recruitment requirements and development possibilities of Swedish-based companies, this study contributes empirical knowledge to the topic of how companies deal with HRM and CE. This information improves the understanding in the Corporate Entrepreneurship literature.
